BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Each unit is assigned a reserved parking space. One and Two bedroom homes include one assigned spaced at no additional cost. Three-bedroom homes include two assigned parking spaces. - Additional parking spaces are available for $100 per month per space, subject to availability. Guest Parking - Limited guest parking is available on a limited assigned basis during. - All guests must check in with the concierge upon arrival to retrieve a parking pass before proceeding into the garage. - Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
